Carlson Builders charges a fixed contract fee, based on a percentage of the estimated cost of the home. We believe that the contractor's fee should be as straightforward as possible, and that our job is to build the highest quality house at the best possible price. Therefore, we don't mark up materials. We feel that this is the most fair and comfortable approach for the homeowner.
